How can I find a specific product?

You can find a product in the following ways:
  1. At the top, from the menu with the categories you select the category and subcategory you wish. Then you choose the amount you wish, press the Add to Cart button next to each product and this enters automatically in your shopping cart. If you need more information on this product click on its description. In case you wish to see bigger picture click on the picture.
  2. From Product Search, at the top left type in just what you’re looking for and press the magnifying glass icon.

How can i browse on your website?

To facilitate your search we have divided the range of our products into categories and subcategories in which you can browse and find the product you desire. If you are looking for something specific, use the Search Engine, which will lead you to the product of your choice. All the products are at your disposal with one click. To make this process even easier we provide the pertinent facility to manage your Shopping Lists.
You can add and remove as much products as you want and create as many Shopping Lists you wish. On the Account page, you can manage all your Shopping Lists. Moreover you may add all products in your Cart, from a list, by clicking the Add All products to Cart. In this way you do not need to continually seeking the same products for recurring purchases.

What is the shopping cart?

It is just like the basket at all stores. You, with the Add to Cart button, can choose the product you want to buy, but also to remove or change the quantity of both while you are on the Shopping Cart and before the Checkout . You have the ability to see what you have chosen and how much it costs ,to add, modify, delete before Checkout.

How can I order?

When you finish selecting your products continue with the Checkout button located below the list of products into the shopping Cart, then define delivery address and payment method. For your own convenience you can register multiple delivery addresses, and simply select the one you want to send out the order. You can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Orders received on public holidays are serviced the next business day.

How do I know if my order is completed?

When you finish entering your information and click the Complete Checkout, you will see a message informing you that the order is complete. When we receive your order , soon you will receive a confirmation email stating the order code number. Please provide us with that code in your every communication with our company.

Which are the payment methods?

GUDBABY uses three ways of payment:
  1. Cash on delivery: Upon receipt of your order the due amount is paid in cash to our partner that delivered your order.
  2. Credit card: if you are a credit card holder you can safely use it during the order process. We care to minimize any potential risk utilizing technologies that ensure the safety of your transactions.
  3. PayPal : you can pay for your shopping through your PayPal account.
Is it safe to use My Credit Card on your website?
Yes, our website is secure and the details provided are verified to secure the protection of both consumer and merchant.

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery within Cyprus ( up to 2kg*).
> € 50 – delivery is FREE
< € 50 – delivery costs € 3
Delivery within the EU ( up to 2kg*):
> € 100 – delivery is FREE
< € 100 – delivery costs € 15
Delivery to the rest of the WORLD ( up to 2kg*):
> € 150 – delivery is FREE
< € 150 – delivery costs € 20

How can I cancel My Order?

Order Cancellation can be done by email at hello@gudbaby.com  submitting the order number and your name.
The cancellation may be accepted no later than 48 hours after the completion of the order.
What can I do if the product is missing from the order or the order is not correct?
In GUDBABY, our goal is your absolute convenience. However, if you notice a mistake on your order please contact us at hello@gudbaby.com submitting the order number, your name and the mistake which has been done.
